Julie Pfieffer

Julie Pfieffer is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as VP of HR Business Partners & Employee Relations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since August 2017, Julie has been instrumental in establishing human capital strategies for a newly created division focused on enhancing community health. Prior roles include Regional Director of Human Resources at G&K Services, where Julie supported a business unit with significant revenue and employee count, and Senior Director of Human Resources at Analysts International Corporation, emphasizing strategic HR leadership. With previous experience as VP of Human Resources Strategy at Deluxe Corporation and Chief People Officer at Fujitsu Consulting, Julie has consistently contributed to performance-driven environments. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
