Luke Salzwedel is a seasoned leader in data analytics and strategy, currently serving as Senior Director of Analytic Innovation & Strategy at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since August 2022. Previously, Luke held the position of Senior Director of Consumer Pricing, Analytics & Reporting at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included managing a data science team and transitioning data analytics to a cloud-based solution. Luke's extensive experience also includes roles as Principal of Business Intelligence and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Deluxe Corporation, where advanced reporting and enterprise KPI development were key contributions. Educational credentials include an Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Biology from Hamline University.
