Sally Sparby

Sally Sparby, MA, LPCC, LADC, is a seasoned mental health and addictions therapist with extensive experience in individual therapy and case management. Currently serving as a Case Manager for Medicaid at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since October 2023, Sally has also provided licensed therapy at Talkspace since December 2016 and as a therapist and owner of Life Support, LLC. Previous roles include working with CLINICAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES LLC, UnitedHealth Group, and Minnesota Department of Corrections, where Sally focused on comprehensive treatment planning and interventions for various populations. With a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University and a background in music, Sally combines clinical expertise with a holistic approach to client care.
