Samantha Baltes

Samantha Baltes is currently serving as the Payment Integrity Supervisor for Third Party Liability & Subrogation at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since October 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Farmers Insurance from June 2014 to September 2023, where positions included Auto Subrogation Supervisor and Subrogation Supervisor. Samantha's earlier experience includes managerial roles at TGI Fridays, overseeing day-to-day operations of a $2.3 million business, and serving as a middle school math teacher at Tri-County Public Schools. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a focus on mathematics from Butler University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Grand Valley State University.
