Sarah Jackson

Sarah Jackson, PharmD, currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacist, Specialty at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where responsibilities include chairing the Pharmacy Clinical Team committee and making complex decisions regarding pharmacy benefits. Previously, Sarah completed a Pharmacy Residency at Prime Therapeutics, gaining substantial experience in drug and specialty management, and participated in formulary development. Prior experience includes a Pharmacy Intern position at CVS Pharmacy, where responsibilities involved evaluating prescription safety and efficacy and assisting with COVID-19 vaccinations. Sarah also contributed as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, supporting courses in Pharmaceutical Care Skills and Diabetes. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, alongside a Business Administration certificate and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Chemistry from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
