Currently serving as Director of Behavioral Health Network Strategy at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and Senior Partner at M&M Advisory, Srini has previously held significant leadership roles including Vice President of Business Transformation at Centene Corporation and Chief of Staff at Optum. With a strong educational background, including a PhD in Management & Policy in HealthCare from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and an MBA in Global Management & Finance from UMass Boston, Srini combines strategic insight with deep industry expertise.
