Travis Paulson

Travis Paulson is an accomplished leader in enterprise data solutions and information technology operations, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Data Solutions and Product Management at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since October 2023. Previously, Travis held the position of Director of Information Technology Operations and Product at INNOVATION VENTURES, LLC from September 2022 to October 2023, and served as Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included leading enterprise-wide payment risk and control standards. At U.S. Bank, Travis contributed significantly in multiple roles, including as Transformation Program Manager, focusing on agile and product transformation, and as Risk Program Manager for corporate payments systems. Travis began a career in management at Hertz, overseeing the profitability of multiple branches and employee development. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration from Augsburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
