Doris de Los Santos

Doris De Los Santos currently serves as the Director of Supplier Diversity & Sustainability at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, where responsibilities include integrating equity, equality, diversity, and inclusion (EEDI) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives into procurement processes. Previously, Doris held the position of Supplier Diversity Program Director and Supplier Diversity Manager at the same organization, advocating for supplier diversity and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Additional experience includes serving as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, as well as leadership roles at the Center for Women & Enterprise, Providence Public Schools, and the State of Rhode Island, focusing on community engagement and partnerships. Doris holds a Master's degree in Community Development from Roger Williams University and an Associate of Arts degree from the Community College of Rhode Island, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña.
