Judy Gillis

Judy Gillis has extensive work experience in the field of continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma. Judy started their career at Citizens Bank in 2004 and held roles as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In 2010, they joined Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island as a Master Black Belt and later became the Director of Continuous Improvement.

Judy Gillis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Boston University. Judy also obtained a Master of Science degree in Training and Development from Lesley University.
