Kaitlyn Falcone

Kaitlyn Falcone has extensive experience in value-based care strategy, currently serving as Director at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since November 2022, following roles as Manager and Lead Program Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Kaitlyn held various positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from July 2016 to November 2022, including Business Program Manager for Medicare Operations and Consultant roles. Kaitlyn also worked at the Boston Private Industry Council from January 2015 to June 2016 and began career development with internships at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Educationally, Kaitlyn holds an MBA in Health Sector from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Organizational Behavior Studies and Public Health from the same institution.
