Kara Condon

Kara Condon is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in account management and strategic operations. Currently serving as the Lead Key Account Executive at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since July 2019, Kara has previously held roles as a Key Account Executive, Senior Account Manager at Tufts Health Plan, and Strategic Account Executive at UnitedHealthcare, where a record of achieving 100% persistency in ASO since 2012 was established. Prior to UnitedHealthcare, Kara managed sales operations at PPI Benefit Solutions and worked as an underwriter at CIGNA. Kara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut, obtained in 1999.
