Katherine Kelley

Katherine Kelley has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as a Senior Business Specialist in Pharmacy Operations at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since May 2007. In this role, Katherine oversees pharmacy Utilization Management programs for Commercial and Medicare. Previously, as a Training and Operations Specialist at the same company, responsibilities included developing processes and workflows, participating in corporate workgroups, creating training curriculums, and delivering extensive training courses for call center representatives. Additionally, Katherine has experience in customer service and administrative roles at A&H Manufacturing Company and Citizen’s Bank. Katherine holds educational credentials from Community College of Rhode Island and Johnson & Wales University.
