Nicholas Denice, Esq., CPA has a diverse work experience. Nicholas started their career as an Attorney at the Town of West Warwick, serving as the Chairman of the West Warwick Pension Board from 2011 to 2016. Nicholas then worked as an Attorney at Bogue, Moylan + Marino, LLP and Duffy & Sweeney, LTD, specializing in Corporate and M&A law.

In 2014, Nicholas joined the Catholic Foundation of Rhode Island as the Vice Chair of the Board of Governors, contributing to the organization's goal of promoting responsible Christian stewardship for the Roman Catholic Church in Rhode Island. Nicholas graduated summa cum laude with honors.

In 2009, Nicholas attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a brief period. During their time there, they studied the Political Economy of Public Policy.

Seeking further specialization, they pursued a Master of Professional Accountancy degree at Bryant University in 2010 and graduated the following year.

Nicholas continued their education at Roger Williams University School of Law from 2011 to 2014, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with magna cum laude distinction.

In addition to their formal education, Nicholas has obtained several certifications. In 2011, they became a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Following this, they were admitted to the Bar in the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2014. Later, in 2016, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Most recently, in 2020, they obtained the NACD Directorship Certification® from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
