Leslie A. Carter, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Blue Cross of Idaho, Leslie has previously held significant leadership roles, including Head of Enablement and Automation Solutions at Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and Vice President of Shared Services & Market Operations at Highmark Health. Additionally, Leslie served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at UnitedHealth Group/Optum360 and is the CEO and Founder of GGN International Enterprises, LLC. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus.
