Mark Kohler

Mark Kohler currently serves as Corporate Secretary for Gemstone Holdings and holds the position of Corporate Secretary, Vice President of Legal Services, and Deputy General Counsel at Blue Cross of Idaho. With extensive experience in legal services spanning over two decades, Mark has held various leadership roles, including Senior Assistant General Counsel at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas and General Counsel at NorthStar Anesthesia, where responsibilities included contract negotiation and litigation management. An accomplished professional with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from The University of Texas-Pan American, Mark's career also includes military service as a Captain in the Army National Guard.
