Roxanne Ellis

Roxanne Ellis has extensive experience in account management, primarily at Blue Cross of Idaho since January 2002, where current roles include Manager of Account Management for Major and National Accounts and Account Leader for the same sector. Responsibilities encompass developing strategic partnerships with key national clients, collaborating with brokers and consultants, overseeing plan year renewals, and delivering actionable data for cost containment strategies. Previously, Roxanne served as Customer Service Supervisor, managing a team of customer service advocates and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators. Earlier experience at Norco as a Medical Account Representative involved management of medical account billing, third party reimbursement, and a strong understanding of medical terminology and coding.
