Max Loeptien

Max Loeptien has extensive experience in retail development and project management, currently serving at Blue Diamond Garden Centres since July 2015, focusing on AutoCAD design, space planning, contractor management, and budget control. Prior to this role, Max worked as Operations & Seasonal Change Manager at Blue Diamond Group from January 2010 to June 2015, overseeing up to 17 sites, managing layout changes, and enhancing store performance and profitability. Additionally, Max held the position of Garden Centre Manager at Blue Diamond's Derby, Trentham, and Le Friquet Garden Centres from August 2008 to December 2009, developing teams and ensuring high standards of retail and customer service. Max holds a degree from the University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück, Germany, completed between 1995 and 2000.
