Cynthia Woodruff has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cynthia started their career in 1996 as a Technician II at Procter & Gamble, where they worked until 2000. Cynthia then joined International Paper as a Packer/Stacker/Line Feed from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they worked at California Fruit and Tomato Kitchens as a Line Operator/Technician from 2003 to 2005, where they facilitated production rates, conducted safety and quality control checks, and trained new operators. Cynthia then joined BWM, Inc. in 2007 as a CADD Operator, Customer Service, and Purchasing professional, where they worked until 2011. In 2013, they joined Blue Diamond Almonds Global Ingredients as an Ops Coordinator/Sustainability Champion/Outreach Trainer, a role that they still hold. In the same year, Cynthia also joined Blue Diamond Growers, where they worked as an RTE Production Operator VI from 2013 to 2019 and as a Raw finish Operator from 2013 to 2013.
