Jennifer Hogan

Jennifer Hogan has extensive work experience in various roles within the agricultural industry. Jennifer is currently serving as the Director of Commercial and Operational Planning at Blue Diamond Almonds Global Ingredients, a position they started in March 2022. Prior to this, Jennifer had a long tenure at ADM, starting in 2009. Jennifer'sroles at ADM included Business Manager - North American Minerals, where they focused on sales and market expansion, Global Business Manager for Nutritional Oils, where they successfully implemented a global growth strategy and increased sales, and Glycerin Trading Manager, where they managed and expanded ADM's glycerin platform. Jennifer also worked as a Manager of Grain Origination at ADM, where they implemented innovative solutions to increase farmer origination efforts and initiated a mentoring program. Before joining ADM, Jennifer worked as a Marketing Analyst at ADM Grain Marketing Services and as a Merchandiser at Archer Daniels Midland. Jennifer began their career at Cargill, where they served as Field Scout, Agronomy Intern, and Farm Originator. Jennifer Hogan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business Administration and Management at Illinois State University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2000, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Guelph in Guelph, ON, Canada.
