Guadalupe Rivera

Guadalupe Rivera is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Gerente de Adquisición de Talentos at Blue Diamond Hotel & Resorts since June 2022, previously holding the role of Jefe de Adquisición de Talentos at Royalton Chic Cancún. Prior to this, Guadalupe worked at Sandos Hotels & Resorts as Coordinadora de Atracción de Talento and at Contel y Ferraez as Coordinadora de Recursos Humanos. Additional experience includes assisting the CEO at CIMA 5 and various roles in human resources at Posadas, including Analista de Atracción de Talento and multiple internships. Guadalupe holds a degree in Licenciatura en Psicología from Universidad Humanitas, obtained in 2017.
