Hector Orozco

Hector Orozco is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Operations Manager for the Water Park and Entertainment Center at Blue Diamond Hotel & Resorts since November 2022, Hector also founded Solo Por Entrenar, an association dedicated to promoting low-cost triathlon competitions and training. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Aqua Nick Nickelodeon and various management positions at Grupo Vidanta, Float Fun Cancun, Sandos Caracol Eco Resort & Spa, Dolphinaris, and Palace Resorts, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing water park operations to ensuring safety and emergency response measures. Hector Orozco holds a degree in Risk Management and Finance from the University of Chicago and an Actuary degree in Financial and Actuarial Economics from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
