Jim Dowdell has had a long and successful career in the Information Technology field. Jim began in 1999 as a Consulting Services Project Manager for Helios & Matheson North America. In 2001, they moved on to SPRINT E|SOLUTIONS as a Northeast Regional Service Delivery Manager. In 2002, they joined Network Appliance, Inc. as a Technical Account Manager and Senior Sales Engineer. In 2007, they became Solutions Manager - North America for SoftPro-NA, Inc. In 2008, they were a Technical Account Manager and Sales Engineer for Verari Systems, Inc. In 2010, they joined N-Krypt International Corp. as a Technical Account Manager and Business Development. Finally, in 2015, they began their current role as Technical Account Manager for Blue Diamond Solutions, Inc. In 2016, they also served as Acting Director of Information Technology for the company.
Jim Dowdell holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and a BA in Communications/Journalism from Long Island University.
