Karmit Kalo

Karmit Kalo has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Karmit began their career as a stewardess at EL AL Israel Airlines from 1996 to 1999. From 1999 to 2004, they worked as an Economist at the foreign department of Clal Credit Insurance, where they were responsible for checking credit insurance requests from foreign companies on Israeli companies.

In 2005, Karmit joined First International Bank of Israel as a bank teller and quickly rose to the position of Head Teller, overseeing all money depositing and pulling, check defrayal, and training new tellers.

From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Polycom as an EMEA Order Management employee, handling the processing of service-only orders and managing order statuses and escalations.

Karmit then transitioned to the role of Economist - Revenue Assurance Rep./Auditor at Polycom from 2009 to 2014. In this role, they led day-to-day Revenue Assurance activities for EMEA, including reviewing order management work papers, managing audit workload, preparing error reports and root cause analysis, and improving existing processes and controls within the Revenue Assurance process. Karmit also coordinated scheduling with teams in Americas and APAC, built relationships with EMEA Order Management and Finance groups, and ensured compliance with SOX requirements.

Since 2014, Karmit has been working at VATBox as a Tax Specialist - QA Tax Operation and later as a Quality Control Manager. Details about their current role are not specified.
