Steven Kaptzan Gitelman

Steven Kaptzan Gitelman possesses extensive experience in military and law enforcement roles. Currently serving in the Army National Guard since November 2019, Steven holds positions in Military Intelligence and 31B Military Police. In addition, since March 2022, Steven has been involved with Blue Earth County as part of JOLT and previously participated in the Rochester Police Explorers Program from April 2018 to March 2022. Steven is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate's degree in Army ROTC at Rochester Community and Technical College, with studies spanning from 2018 to 2024.
