Amanda McDonald

Amanda McDonald currently serves as the Contact Center Director at Blue Federal Credit Union, managing a team of 48 and overseeing an inbound call volume of over 300,000 annually since April 2023. Previously, Amanda founded and led Ascend Leadership from September 2018 to April 2023, focusing on coaching and mentoring individuals to maximize their potential. Amanda also held roles such as Professional Sales & Leadership Coach at Southwestern Consulting and Regional Sales Director at RAYCAP, enhancing sales and leadership skills among clients. At Bank of the West, Amanda excelled as Vice President and Regional Manager, turning around underperforming branches and surpassing sales targets. Early career experience includes managing operations and customer service roles at Northstar Concrete and Community First National Bank. Amanda is pursuing ongoing education at Front Range Community College since July 2013.
