Anna Drumheller

Anna Drumheller is an experienced professional in urban and environmental planning, currently serving as an Entitlement Manager at Blue Fern since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing project entitlements, scoping long-range planning opportunities, and liaising with stakeholders. Prior to this role, Anna held positions as an Entitlements Analyst/Project Manager at D.R. Horton, overseeing feasibility processes for large-scale projects, and completed a Master’s Degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from The University of Virginia. Other relevant experience includes internships and externships with various city planning offices and a background in analyzing data and conducting community meetings. Anna also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Environmental Science and a Real Estate Design and Development certificate, further enhancing expertise in the field.
