Alecia Carey

Alecia Carey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event production, copywriting, and administrative support. Since September 2017, Alecia has been self-employed as a freelance specialist while concurrently serving as the Executive Assistant to Ian Simmons at the Blue Haven Initiative. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the CEO and People Ops at Drift, as well as supporting the Next Big Sound team during its acquisition by Pandora Media. Earlier career positions involved communication and event coordination at Action for Boston Community Development, along with executive and marketing support at blucarat. Alecia's foundation in political science and government is rooted in a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College, obtained in 2009.
