Deborah Exell has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the corporate and consulting sectors. Deborah is currently a Partner at MontaRosa. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Faculty Rika Learning Africa at Blue Haven Initiative. From 2015 to 2023, they worked as an Executive Coach and Consultant to entrepreneurial CEOs at Exell Intelligence. Deborah also held the position of Chief People Officer and Head of Business Transformation at Getronics from 2017 to 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as an MD Management Consultant for the Chief Financial Officer at Deutsche Bank and as the Global Head of Organisation Development at The Coca-Cola Company.
