Ryan Kulovitz

Ryan Kulovitz is an experienced professional in architectural design and project management with a diverse career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Project Design Manager at Blue Heron since April 2023 and Founding Principal at KūL Studio since October 2022, Kulovitz previously held roles including Architectural Designer/Project Manager at J. Visser Design, Associate Broker at @properties, Project Designer at Orren Pickell Designers & Builders, and Project Director at Talgø Development Group. Early career experiences include positions as an Architectural Designer at Urban Design Associates, an Architecture Intern at Langdon Wilson, and a Planning Intern with the City of Scottsdale.
