Tharindu Liyanage has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Tharindu currently works as a Business Development Manager at blue lotus 360, where they oversee the business development department and is responsible for generating revenue for the company locally and internationally. Tharindu'smain focus is on selling Cloud ERP, HRM, WMS, and SFA solutions.

Prior to this, Tharindu worked as a Business Development Manager at Perfect Business Solution Services (Pvt) Ltd, where they sought opportunities in SAP Business One ERP, SAP Business ByDesign, Digital Sales, and HRIS products. Tharindu also managed the sales pipeline, overlooked digital marketing campaigns, and contributed to the growth of the company.

Tharindu also has experience as the Head of Business Development at i-Context Private Limited, where they managed the Business Development department, worked with government sectors and educational institutes, identified new business opportunities, and organized product/service-related events.

Furthermore, Tharindu served as a Business Development Manager at Cemex HRM Software, focusing on bringing new SaaS business opportunities and coordinating pre-sales activities.

Tharindu also has experience as the Head of Department - Business Development at ITES Software Pvt. Ltd, where they played a key role in ensuring financial stability and growth of the company through market strategies and continuous product improvements.

Tharindu started their career as the Manager - IT projects at I con consultancy, where they ensured the streamlined operation of the department and targeted customer requirements.

Before that, they worked as a Network & Banqueting Supervisor at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, where they coordinated, directed, and managed the hotel banqueting operations, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

Tharindu Liyanage completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at SLIIT from 2006 to 2013. Additionally, from 2009 to 2011, Tharindu pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Education at King's College London. During the same period, Tharindu also obtained a High School Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Axon College. Further, in 2011, Tharindu received another High School Diploma, this time in Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Management from London Business School.
