Alexander Kaurov

Alexander Kaurov is a prominent scientist and entrepreneur with a diverse background in astronomy, education, and science communication. As the Founder of Didactic.AI and OmniScope, and Co-Founder of Earthlings Hub, Kaurov leads initiatives that focus on inquiry-based learning for refugee children and immersive virtual reality in science communication. A Research Scientist at the Blue Marble Space Institute of Science, Kaurov has established numerous international collaborations and contributed to significant research in time-domain astronomy and scientific outreach. Previous roles include Visiting positions at the Institute for Advanced Study and Research Associate at Harvard University, where Kaurov focused on public trust in science. Kaurov holds a Ph.D. in Astronomy and Astrophysics from the University of Chicago and has extensive teaching experience at Columbia University and the University of Chicago.
