Zohar Karnin

Zohar Karnin is a distinguished scientist currently working at the Technology Innovation Institute since March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a principal research scientist at Amazon from April 2017 to March 2024, and as a senior research scientist at Yahoo between November 2012 and April 2017. Zohar Karnin also held the title of research scientist at Yahoo! Labs from September 2011 to November 2012, following a postdoctoral position at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. During academic tenure at Technion from October 2005 to September 2011, Zohar Karnin completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science while also teaching various courses related to algorithms, logic, and computer science fundamentals. Earlier professional experience includes a software developer role at IBM in early 2005.
