Tushar Agarwal

Tushar Agarwal is a visiting scholar at the Blue Marble Space Institute of Science, focusing on TPS improvisation for hypersonic inflatable aerodynamic decelerators since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an events coordination team member and mentor with the Space Generation Advisory Council, where responsibilities involved organizing global webinars and connecting members with industry experts from November 2023 to January 2025. Tushar also served as an assistant manager and graduate engineering trainee at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, contributing to the operation integration group for a coke oven and by-product plant from July 2023 to July 2024. Additional experience includes working as an aerospace research fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and as a structure system intern at GalaxEye Space. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, and is pursuing a Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science, expected in July 2026.
