Carrie Spalding

Carrie Spalding is a seasoned kitchen manager with extensive experience at Blue Martini Lounge, where employment has been held since January 2019. Spalding is Servsafe certified and demonstrates strong leadership abilities, including organizing and training team members while effectively controlling labor forecasts.
