Craig Lee

Craig Lee has over 18 years of work experience. Craig began their career in 2002 as an Internet Technician at BCI Communications, where they provided phone and email support for dial-up and email customers, and served as a PC Bench technician and System Builder. In 2003, they joined Geek Squad as a Technician. In 2005, they became the Owner and Consultant at Custom Computing, providing IT services for small businesses. Also in 2005, they were a Network Lab Assistant at Baker College, where they set up the computer lab environment for various classes. From 2008 to 2020, Craig worked at Blue Medora, taking on the roles of Chief Systems Architect, Vice President of Infrastructure Services, Director of Technology, and IT Manager. In 2020, they became the Chief Architect at observIQ.

Craig Lee obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Security from Baker College Business and Corporate Services between 2002 and 2007. In March 2020, they received a Sumo Logic Certified Administration certification from Sumo Logic.
