Blue Moon Acres is a 20 year old family-run farm located in the heart of beautiful Bucks County, PA and in Pennington, NJ. Throughout the years, owners Jim and Kathy Lyons have remained dedicated to growing the highest quality produce with the least amount of environmental impact. The farm in Buckingham, PA grows micro greens, herbs and edible flowers using natural methods -no chemical pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers or growth regulators are used in our growing practices. We sell wholesale directly to restaurants and caterers and our store is open to the public Tuesdays and Fridays 10am-4pm. We also offer organic vegetables, specialty greens, and flowers throughout the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Our farm in Pennington, NJ is Certified Organic and located on 63 acres. All products produced on the farm are Certified Organic by NJDA and include spring mix, arugula, spinach, and an abundance of other seasonal vegetables. 2014 was the first harvest of our Certified Organic rice crop, which is freshly-husked and can be found in our stores. Our farm market in Pennington offers Blue Moon’s own Certified Organic produce and Certified Organic pasture-raised eggs. We also carry a selection of locally produced foods and other quality products. The market produces seasonal events, ranging from Farm to Table dinners and harvest parties to children’s workshops.
