Kaley Cope

Kaley Cope began their work experience as a Wildland Firefighter at the Bureau of Land Management in 2015, where they fought fires, protected structures, and worked long hours in challenging conditions. Kaley then transitioned to Eastern Oregon University as an Outreach Specialist, where they presented information, represented the organization at conferences, and built connections with local businesses. In 2019, they joined the City of Pendleton as a Communications Coordinator, managing communication strategies and marketing campaigns. Currently, Kaley serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Blue Mountain Community College, overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance the college's visibility and recognition within the district.

Kaley Cope completed an Associate of Arts in Physical Sciences at Treasure Valley Community College from 2015 to 2017. Kaley then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in English/Writing from Eastern Oregon University from 2017 to 2019.
