Matthew Horisk

Matthew Horisk is the Chief Operating Officer of Blue Ocean Technologies, LLC, where he leads parent company operations and supports the Blue Ocean ATS subsidiary. As the Chief Technology Officer, he played a key role in launching the Blue Ocean ATS, the only broker-dealer operating in the US after-hours market. Prior to his current role, he served in various advisory and managing director positions at companies such as Wells Fargo, Raymond James, and E*TRADE Financial Corporation. With a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Fredonia, Matthew has a strong background in technology and financial services.
