Amelia Greig is a Mission Architect and Lead of Venture Concepts for Space Resources at Blue Origin since April 2022. Prior to this role, Amelia Greig served as an Assistant/Associate Professor at The University of Texas at El Paso from August 2019 to December 2023, focusing on developing programs in on-orbit manufacturing and micro-propulsion systems for small satellites. Additional experience includes serving as Principal Researcher at the Center for Aerospace and Exploration Technology Research and Assistant Professor at California Polytechnic State University, where research concentrated on micro-propulsion systems for CubeSat applications while teaching aerospace-related courses. Amelia Greig also held a Visiting Assistant Professor position at Kyushu Institute of Technology, conducted postdoctoral research at Caltech in plasma physics, and has an extensive educational background with multiple degrees in engineering and physics, including a PhD in Plasma Physics/Electric Propulsion from The Australian National University. Amelia Greig is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology from August 2024 to January 2026.
