Justin Schnepf

Justin Schnepf is an experienced manufacturing engineer currently serving as Manufacturing Engineer III at Blue Origin since May 2024. Prior to this role, Justin supported Blue Origin as a Manufacturing Engineer at Belcan from July 2023 to May 2024. Between January 2020 and March 2023, Justin worked at Viasat Inc. as a Mechanical Design/MEI&T Engineer, contributing to the Viasat-3 program through payload integration and test processes. Justin was also the Lead Manufacturing Engineer for the Flight 1 and Flight 3 payloads on the same program. Previous experiences include a manufacturing engineer role at General Dynamics Mission Systems, where responsibilities involved spacecraft unit level build management, and an electrical designer position at Wright Engineering Corporation, focusing on electrical designs for various projects. Additionally, Justin held the position of Purchasing Manager at AGS Safety & Supply from 2008 to 2012. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Arizona State University and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chandler/Gilbert Community College.
