Kay Lui

Kay Lui is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and operations with extensive experience in leading change management and strategic initiatives across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations at Blue Origin since July 2022, Kay previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Washington Permanente Medical Group from April 2021 to July 2022. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Bellevue School District and Boeing, where Kay directed US Talent Acquisition and oversaw various operational teams and projects, demonstrating expertise in business operations, program management, and enterprise accounting. Kay holds multiple advanced degrees from the University of Washington and Seattle University, including a Master of Science in Information Systems and an MBA in Management, complemented by a strong foundation in business administration and economics.
