Kelly Lockwood

Kelly L. is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Real Estate Program and Planning Manager at Blue Origin since October 2023. Previously, Kelly held the position of Head of Real Estate Americas at Siemens Gamesa from October 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included developing regional real estate strategy and managing lease administration, facility management, and property acquisitions. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Nationwide Insurance as Associate Vice President of Corporate Real Estate Support Services, leading a $20M capital renovation project. Earlier experience includes roles at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as Real Estate Manager, overseeing acquisitions and real estate asset management, and CB Richard Ellis, where Kelly managed transactions for Cardinal Health's Nuclear Pharmacy Division. Kelly earned a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Otterbein University.
