Armita Boyle Née Haghshenas

Armita Boyle née Haghshenas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Armita is currently working at Blue Owl Capital as the Vice President and Head of HR Operations. Previously, they worked at General Atlantic as an Associate, where they were responsible for various human capital management functions such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave of absence, and performance management. Prior to that, Armita worked at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as an HRIS Associate, where they maintained the company's HR system and generated reports for data audits. Armita also worked as a Human Resources Analyst at GLG, handling administrative, compliance-oriented, and strategic duties. Armita has additionally gained experience as a Graduate Student at Rutgers University, a Social Work Intern at StreetSquash and High School of Hospitality Management, a Supply Chain Associate at Reggiani Lighting USA, INC., a Teller at PNC, and a Medical Assistant at Ahkami Medical Group.

Armita Boyle née Haghshenas completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Montclair State University in 2013.
