Erik Hanson

Erik Hanson is a finance professional with a solid background in institutional business development and investment banking. Currently, Erik serves in Institutional Business Development at Blue Owl Capital since 2025, following a role in Capital Solutions & Investor Relations at IPI Partners from 2023 to 2025, where responsibilities included institutional fundraising and fund formation. Prior experience includes various positions at Citi from 2018 to 2023, covering software, industrials, and TMT in corporate banking and investment banking, along with a summer analyst role in Treasury & Trade Solutions in 2017. Erik also interned in Private Wealth Management at Raymond James Financial, Inc. Erik holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Computer Science from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and graduated from Christian Brothers College High School.
