Kathryn McLane

Kathryn McLane currently serves as Vice President of Brand Strategy and Execution at Blue Owl Capital, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes a progressive career at AQR Capital Management, where Kathryn worked from May 2018 to November 2024, holding roles from Analyst to Executive Director in Channel Marketing. Kathryn McLane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from The College of William and Mary and a Master’s Degree in Dance Anthropology from the University of Roehampton.
