Jeremy Kemp

Jeremy Kemp has a strong background in the commercial and technical aspects of the aggregates industry. Jeremy currently holds the position of Commercial Director at Blue Phoenix Group since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the National Commercial Manager at Blue Phoenix UK from 2017 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Jeremy held various roles at Hanson Quarry Products, including Area Commercial Manager and Trading Manager, where they were responsible for revenue, implementation of SAP, and managing sales and business opportunities. Before joining Hanson Quarry Products, they were the Regional Technical Manager and Product Development Manager at Hanson Aggregates. Jeremy's work experience also includes the role of Quality Assurance/Technical Manager at Hanson Aggregates and Technical Manager at Foster Yeoman. Throughout their career, Jeremy has demonstrated strong leadership, relationship management, and business development skills.

Jeremy Kemp attended Lindisfarne College from 1972 to 1977. Jeremy then went on to Keswick Grammar from 1977 to 1979. In 1996 to 1997, they studied at the Institute of Management and completed both a Management Level 4 program and a Certificate in Management.
