Prior to their current role, Chelsea held positions at Fox Restaurant Concepts as the Senior General Manager at Flower Child and The Henry, and as the General Manager at The Arrogant Butcher. Before that, Chelsea worked at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. as a General Manager and at Fins Bar and Grill as a Managing Partner. Chelsea attended Arizona State University from 2000 to 2005.
