Monika Zimmer

Monika Zimmer currently serves as Managing Director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates since August 2022. Prior to this role, Monika was a Partner at Crowe LLP from May 1999 to August 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Benefit Plan Services Group in the Oak Brook Office with a focus on ESOP and 401(k) Plans administration and consulting. Monika also held the position of Senior Manager, overseeing the retirement plan recordkeeping and consulting practice within the same group. Earlier experience includes serving as a Retirement Plan Analyst at Holden Industries from June 1994 to May 1999, where Monika managed the administration and accounting for the company’s retirement plans, and working in HR at RR Donnelley from 1987 to 1993. Monika earned a degree in Finance and German from Elmhurst University between 1986 and 1990.
