Shawn Custer

Shawn Custer has extensive experience in sales management within the beverage and retail industries. Currently serving as Beer Sales Manager at Blue Ridge Beverage / Miller Distributor since January 2021, Custer previously held the position of Area Manager with the same organization from February 2016 to October 2019, overseeing teams of merchandisers, salesmen, and drivers. Prior experience includes Mid-Atlantic Account Manager at Symi International, where responsibilities included sales and operations for multiple states from January 2013 to January 2016. Custer also worked as a Sales Associate at Blue Ridge Mountain Sports and Outdoor Trails, as well as a Bartender at Champs Sports Bar & Cafe. Custer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Conservation and Recreation Management from Virginia Tech, completed in 2013.
