Laura Harrold, CAM, PHR, SHRPM-CP, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as the Employee Benefits Manager at Blue Ridge Companies since September 2014. Prior to this role, Laura was a Community Manager, overseeing a 120-unit multi-family community in Greensboro, NC, and managing various operational aspects. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Site Manager at Brown Investment Properties, where occupancy increased from 82% to 99%, and as an Assistant Property Manager at Internacional Realty Management, achieving a 32% closing ratio and significant delinquency reduction. Earlier roles as a Leasing Consultant at RE Carroll Management and Phillips Management Group helped establish Laura's passion for property management. Laura holds an Associate's degree in Interior Design from Randolph Community College and a diploma in General Studies from Trinity High School.
